Description
We are looking for a senior Growth Engineer that will join a experimentation platform, built on the same testing infrastructure that powers product decisions across the client and is now offered to external product teams. It currently has external customers and have been built with design partners in a closed beta for the last two years. You will own the technical surface area where new users discover, evaluate, and start using it: the marketing site, our SEO and GEO presence, and the first-touch and onboarding flows inside the product. You will design, build, instrument, and experiment on these surfaces.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will own the acquisition and activation flows of Confidence end-to-end. That means shipping the marketing site, making sure people (and increasingly, agents) can find it, and rebuilding the first fifteen minutes of the product experience so trial users become active users.
