Desired Competencies for this role include:Extensive development experience - a minimum of 7 years, with a strong focus on Angular. Tech Lead experience - at least 1 year of proven success in a Tech Lead role. Higher education in a relevant technical field would be advantageous. Knowledge or experience gained through specialized courses in related domains. Previous experience as a Tech Lead in a large-scale product company with a substantial codebase.
