Well-established fruit farm in the North West/ Limpopo area is seeking an experienced Fruit Production Manager to oversee daily farming operations, orchard management, irrigation, labour, and harvest activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all fruit production activities
• Supervise permanent and seasonal staff
• Oversee irrigation, fertilisation, spraying, and pest control
• Monitor crop health, yield, and quality
• Manage harvesting and packhouse coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
• Control production costs and maintain farm records

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ fruit farming/orchard management experience
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
