Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfilment Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse team. 
Core Responsibilities 1. Order Management & Processing  
Monitor incoming orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP. 
Prioritize shipments based on urgency, shipping methods, and cut‑off times. 
Generate pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels. 
Assist with loading and unloading of goods. 
2. Inventory Control  
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records. 
Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods. 
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock levels are maintained for high‑demand items. 
Ensure accurate labelling and stock arrangement for easy retrieval.
