Job Description: Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols of interior and exterior areas, including in inclement weather Respond to emergency, medical, and fire incidents while remaining calm and professional Perform Patient Watch, investigate routine incidents, and enforce parking, smoking, and site by-laws Maintain accurate reports and notes for incidents and end-of-shift documentation Apply advanced de-escalation skills and enforce site policies, rules, and regulations Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and support site operations Present a professional presence, uphold client and company expectations, and perform additional duties as assigned Valid Security License for the province of Ontario Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider) Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test Proof of C...
