Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Provide leadership through supervision, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies.
  • Lead the full B2B sales cycle, including customer outreach, stock and delivery coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales reps to support sales growth and profitability.
  • Develop specialized product content (Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, farm fencing) and deliver training to Agro staff.
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads.
  • Assist with budgeting, pricing, discounts, and margin management.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all Agro categories.
  • Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management.
