Position: Full Time Ski or Snowboard Instructor

Location: Mount Washington Alpine Resort, 1 Strathcona Parkway, Vancouver Island, BC, Canada 

Reports to: Snow School Management and Supervisor Team 

Terms of Employment: Full time (20-40 hours per week), seasonal, as per resorts operational dates; early December to early April. Instructors are paid for the hours spent teaching lessons or completing assigned task. Weather and business volume dependant. 

Expected season opening date: 11th December 2026

Expected season closing date: 4th April 2027 

Primary objectives:

Deliver ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and abilities. Lessons range to first time to expert level, allocation of levels depends on certification level of Instructor and business volumes.
