As a Nursing Unit Clerk, your responsibilities include managing the daily staffing needs and ensuring a safe environment for all. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling for Nursing Department
• Manage approval for overtime from the Director of Care
• Maintain attendance and absenteeism reports
• Communicate recurring absenteeism to the Director
• Update Master Schedule and daily staffing needs
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Exceptional English communication skills
