Job Description
We are seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Loughton. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step and play a key role in teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
The Role:
Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Leading small group interventions across the primary curriculum
Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs
Working closely with teachers to support planning and assessment
Acting as a positive role model within the classroom and wider school
The Ideal Candidate:
HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level
Strong behaviour management skills
Confident delivering learning across KS1 and/or KS2...
