Are you ready to lead a talented livestudio team in one of Latin Americas most dynamic cities? We’re looking for a Game Presenter Team Manager to join our growing livecasino operations in Bogotá a city on the rise as a hub for iGaming and live entertainment.
What youll do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of game presenters ensuring high standards of performance and helping each team member develop and grow.
- Manage day-to-day studio operations: handle scheduling and staffing, monitor attendance, and make sure all live sessions run smoothly.
- Promote consistent quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards maintaining studio integrity and high-quality output.
- Identify training or development needs, coordinate with learning teams, and contribute to process improvements to support longterm success.
