The rate is £287.13 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a commercial garage portfolio to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources; maximise income and reflect the needs of customers through:
Ensuring maintenance needs are managed and that there are regular inspections undertaken of the commercial portfolio.

Ensuring voids are reduced and lettings are conducted efficiently.

To increase rental income through robust management of assets and marketing of the commercial portfolio.

Identifying sites which are suitable for redevelopment and bringing forward for development or disposal.
