The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Gardener based in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire . This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm .

The salary is £30,000 to £33,000 per year , depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term garden development programme within a prestigious estate setting.

The role is ideally suited to a gardener with strong plant knowledge who enjoys working with ornamental planting, decorative borders, seasonal displays, and productive growing areas. The focus is very much on horticulture rather than landscaping.

You will be working within a well-established gardens team, maintaining beautiful gardens to an exceptionally high standard while contributing to ongoing planting projects and horticultural improvements across the estate.
