Gardening: Massif maintenance and pruning

I’m looking for a reliable gardener to help with ongoing maintenance of existing flower beds in my backyard. Tasks include weeding, pruning perennials, trimming edges, removing deadheaders, and tidying up around the massifs. The work should be careful around a few young plants and avoid heavy chemical use. Preference for someone with experience in Irish gardens, good communication, and ability to schedule on weekends if needed. Please include an estimate for an initial 2-hour visit to assess care needs and provide a maintenance plan, followed by regular sessions as needed.
