What you’ll own:

• Turning performance data into smart material decisions
• Partnering with Design, Product Dev & Suppliers to bring ideas to life
• Driving sustainable material choices across the range
• Solving technical challenges from prototype to production
What you bring:
• 3–5 years in materials, textiles, or product development
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, finishes & testing
• A sharp eye for colour, trends & storytelling
• Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement
• A collaborative, proactive, detail‑driven mindset
