Example Recruitment Group is currently working with a well‑established national heating contractor specialising in the local authority sector. They are seeking a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to cover the East London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance within domestic social housing properties on a Housing Association contract. 
Key Responsibilities Carry out annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR) 
Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems 
Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care 
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
