The opportunity

As a Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving large‑scale transformation across EY Global Delivery Services. You will diagnose current‑state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design data‑driven solutions. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will develop and deploy transformation initiatives, while partnering with the business to enable adoption and scale impact.

Your contributions will help strengthen delivery effectiveness, build scalable capabilities, and support sustainable change while helping EY build a better working world.
