Job Summary:

The HR and Accounting Assistant will support both human resources and accounting functions. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities including payroll, tax filing, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist in preparing reports and HR documentation.

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings through EFPS.
  • Knowledgeable in filing BIR Forms 1601-C, 0619-E, and 2550-Q.
  • Submit required reports such as SLSP, QAP, and SAWT via eBIRSubmission.
