Job Summary:
The HR and Accounting Assistant will support both human resources and accounting functions. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities including payroll, tax filing, and employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Assist in preparing reports and HR documentation.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings through EFPS.
- Knowledgeable in filing BIR Forms 1601-C, 0619-E, and 2550-Q.
- Submit required reports such as SLSP, QAP, and SAWT via eBIRSubmission.
