Job Description
The General Accounting Specialist prepares journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy. Performs month-end closing tasks with coordination to other Finance sections for the completion of posting transactions and analysis thereof.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Supervise all regular accounting processes plus monthly closure accounts.
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
- Reconciliation of Intercompany transactions every month.
- Assist Financial Analysts in department account reconciliation process on monthly basis.
- Analyze revenue and expense variances month on month.
