Job Description
Description We are looking for a collections specialist to support delinquent account resolution for a long-term contract opportunity based in New Jersey. In this role, you will engage with customers to address past-due balances, investigate account information, and help drive timely resolutions while maintaining a high standard of service. The position is well suited for someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and work confidently across research, documentation, and customer interaction.
