At Gaussion we want to reduce charging times for electric vehicles (EVs) so that they are comparable with refuelling a traditional combustion vehicle. We believe that our patent-protected technology can achieve this, meaning lower resistance, faster EV charging and longer warranties. With a rapid expansion of our London headquarters, we have several opportunities to join our team.

Role

You will be the company’s general legal counsel, working closely with senior leadership, commercial, operations, and technical teams.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (including non-disclosure agreements, supplier contracts, customer agreements, proof-of-concepts, joint development agreements, partnership and collaboration agreements, sales agreements, and service agreements).
