Role Overview

We're seeking a sharp, proactive and a US bar holder General Counsel to strengthen our in‑house legal function across three distinct workstreams: a Top 5 direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce brand, a family office deploying capital into hedge funds, and cross‑border legal structuring across multiple international jurisdictions. You'll report directly to the CEO, manage outside counsel relationships across your domains, and own key legal surfaces across the business from FTC compliance and consumer protection to fund subscriptions, custody protocols, and cross‑border asset structuring.
