General Duty MRI Technologist

Salary: $50,669, $52,191, $53,755, $55,371, $57,032, $58,749

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the Charge Medical Technologist or designate, the General Duty MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MRI scans in accordance with procedures established within the MRI Department.

Experience

• Previous related experience in MRI preferred.
• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Systems (PACS).

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• The incumbent will be a graduate of an approved MRI training program with successful completion of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technology registration examinations (CAMRT).

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.A.M....
