 SUMMARY:  
-    POSITION INFO:  
 Key Responsibilities:     Supervise daily on-site operations.  
  Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.  
  Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.  
  Enforce health and safety regulations.  
  Report progress to project management.  
  Minimum requirements    15+ years proven experience as a General Foreman/Senior Foreman.  
  Minimum NQF4/5 TJEKA  
  NQF6 advantageous  
 Must reside in the Western Cape.   
  Experience     Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.  
  Experience in structural, wet trades and finishing.
