General Foreman

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Foreman to join our construction team in Houston, TX. This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating field operations, managing crews, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site.

- Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams for current and upcoming projects.
- Control crew costs by optimizing manpower, work methods, and equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to pre-plan work schedules, manpower levels, materials, and equipment needs to ensure project productivity.
