+ **Requirement** : At least 2 years of experience required.
+ **Surface Preparation & Repairs:** Clean, sand, scrape, and patch surfaces by filling cracks or holes, performing minor repairs (e.g., drywall, plaster, textures), and preparing areas for painting.
+ **Paint Application & Finishing:** Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and sealants using appropriate tools, ensuring a high-quality finish through sanding, buffing, and multiple coats as needed.
