General Maintenance Technician – Handyman
Responsibilities
- Relocate and shift office furniture, assemble furniture such as PC carts, display racks, keyboard trays, mailboxes, etc.
- Support catering and refreshment setups for employee meetings.
- Provide feedback on issues requiring outside assistance.
- Perform carpentry tasks and repair work on restroom sinks, stalls, fixtures, cabinet doors, closet doors, locks, etc.
- Provide mailroom support as needed.
- Collaborate with Office Services to support Building Services operations.
- Ensure pantry supplies, snacks and beverages are ordered and restocked.
- Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of the facility and address/report accordingly.
- Perform re‑lampering assignments as needed.
- Maintain conference rooms to be well attended and ready for daily use.
- Work closely with the Office Services team to address unsafe conditions.
