Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m - 3:30 p.m
Location: In-person in Newington, CT
SUMMARY
Responsible for performing general maintenance service and repairs as directed by supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Perform minor general maintenance service and repairs throughout the plant in the areas of plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical or vehicle servicing as directed.
+ Perform preventive maintenance as directed.
+ Assemble and/or repair racks. Assemble office furniture and cubicles.
+ Operate snowplows, forklifts, and lifts, as directed.
+ Be available off hours when needed to tend to company emergencies (roof work, snow removal, sprinkle pipe break)
+ Maintain production standards. Report any production, quality, or safety problems to the supervisor immediately.
+ Comply with company rules and regulations...
