General manager - distribution & logistics operations

Role Overview:
The General Manager – Distribution & Logistics Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing Line Haul and Last Mile delivery operations across the network by driving network design, delivery performance, vendor management, and execution of multi-channel delivery strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective customer fulfilment.

n Design and implement the Line Haul and Last Mile delivery network in collaboration with the NSO team
. Drive revisions to the existing network plan based on changing business needs, peak season loads, and geographic performance insights
. Continuously evaluate cost, coverage, and efficiency to improve delivery performance and reach

s Monitor inter-DC and hub movements across the country to ensure timely and efficient stock transfers
