Our client, a Division of a diversified Group of Companies listed on JSE, seeks your progressive management experience to lead and manage a Business Unit, to achieve profitability and company objectives. You will take a strategic approach to BU / Plant Management plans and guide & direct Plant operations to achieve objectives in customer satisfaction, production output, delivery, quality, and safety. Duties & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business (e.g. Engineering or Production). MBA, Management Degree. Min. 8 years’ progressive Management experience. Must be at a Management level in an Automotive Manufacturing environment. Experience in managing continuous improvement projects. Minimum Job Requirements:
