Overview
Position: Parking Manager
Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)
Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends; must be available for
- Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
- Shift B: Tue / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Entrance Attendants and ticket scanning operations
- Ensure accurate ticket validation and capacity control
- Monitor entry lines and adjust staffing as needed
- Serve as escalation point for ticketing, guest disputes, and access issues
- Float between Parking, Field, Merchandise, and Group areas as needed
- Coordinate with all department managers throughout the day
- Make real-time operational decisions to protect guest experience and safety
