Job Description
The role is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Rohde & Schwarz manufacturing plant in Johor, Malaysia. As a key member of the leadership team, he/she shall drive operational excellence, achieve production targets, and maintain high quality results in accordance with the Rohde & Schwarz global standards. He/she shall inspire the leadership team to foster a positive and collaborative work environment and lead continuous improvement programs toward building a sustainable manufacturing operation. Together, he/she will help accelerate the plant’s growth by transitioning production volume and building the organization to a workforce of several hundred employees.
