General Manager - Machining

Our client, a successful manufacturer of complex machining components, is seeking an accomplished and hands-on General Manager to lead production operations while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. In this role, the General Manager will manage a small and experienced shop floor team as well as continue to ensure the Company’s outstanding record of on-time, high-quality delivery continues. Beyond maintaining excellence, the General Manager will champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving productivity and accountability across operations. A key part of this role's mandate will be developing both short and long-term operational strategies to support growth.
