Job Description
The GM Operations oversees one or more plants, ensuring that each site complies with company standards and all local regulations, particularly concerning Health, Safety, and Environment. The job holder must ensure operational efficiency, optimize output, and continually strive for improvement to achieve high standards that align with business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for local procurement, HSE, Manufacturing, Logistics/warehousing, and QC/QA.
- Ensure production activities are executed effectively to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
