We are partnering with a global leader in transport, logistics, supply chain, and warehousing solutions to appoint an senior Head of Operations, based in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale contract logistics operations by driving operational excellence, safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites
- Hold full P&L accountability for assigned facilities
- This role also focuses on modernising warehouse operations through advanced technologies
- Build high-performing teams and strengthening employee engagement.
What We’re Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in the 3PL/Contract Logistics industry.
