POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a General Manager who can take full ownership of a dynamic hospitality business and turn operational excellence into measurable profit.  This role is suited to a proven hospitality operato r who is comfortable managing complexity and driving performance across multiple revenue streams.

This is a live-in position due to the nature of the operation. The successful candidate will:

• Be present during peak periods, including weekends and events
• Oversee evening operations where required
• Act as the on-site leader and face of the property
