The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on project management skills to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and safety adherence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead construction activities from pre-construction to handover. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
