Operational Leadership
Provide strategic leadership across both facilities by developing and executing operational plans that achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives. Partner with functional leaders to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and uphold the best manufacturing practices to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
