Job Description
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of food courts, hawker centres, coffee shops, and canteens.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Oversee tenant management, including tenancy matters, lease administration, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the premises and facilities.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, operational costs, and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle customer and tenant feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
