Job Description

General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vegan fine dining restaurant. We are hoping to find a candidate who brings a depth of knowledge of sustainability, farm-to-table cooking, and locally-sourced cuisine. The ideal candidate will assist us in expanding our reach, maintaining current and forging new supplier relationships, and providing excellent food and beverage education to our client base.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing the FOH at the restaurant, coordinating staff, publishing schedules.
  • Hiring: Recruit, train, and oversee food and beverage service. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Seasonal Hiring: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
  • Support team presence on the floor. Serve, bartend, manage as needed with fluidity.
  • Champion a culture of exceptional guest experience and hospitality among staff.
