General Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner (GP) to join our forward-thinking and dynamic team within Central Brighton and Hove.

The role

As a GP, you will be part of a large and multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, and your work will be firmly grounded in direct, compassionate care or clinical work with patients, families, and disadvantaged communities.

Main duties of the job

As a GP, your clinical responsibilities include conducting surgery and telephone consultations, managing queries, home visits, repeat prescriptions, and timely correspondence. You will make autonomous decisions for self-referred and referred patients, assess undiagnosed health concerns, screen for disease risks, provide counselling, and deliver health education.
