Make a difference to every life  – We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Altcourse, a Category B men’s prison and young offenders institution based in the Fazakerley area of Liverpool, Merseyside. Ideal applicants will have experience prescribing and supporting patients with substance misuse needs. HMP Altcourse is a fast‑paced environment where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care.

As a GP at HMP Altcourse, you will play a critical role in delivering first‑class healthcare to a diverse patient group and will have opportunities to develop skills not typically available in conventional practice or A&E settings. 
Hours Tuesdays – 8 am to 9 pm.
