**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The General Production Worker supports automated candy manufacturing and packaging operations by rotating between key production tasks, monitoring product quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting machine operators to ensure consistent, high-quality output that meets all food safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Rotate between workstations, including feeding finished candy onto the dumping table and inspecting candy quality to ensure all packaged products meet established quality standards.
+ Pack bagged candy into cardboard boxes at designated machines and manually load finished boxes onto empty pallets for transfer to the warehouse.
+ Communicate material and supply requirements clearly and promptly to the appropriate personnel to keep production lines running smoothly.
