We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our stations located on Montreal's South Shore. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in labor relations, conflict management, and investigation. The role also requires excellent knowledge of pan-Canadian labor standards.
Responsibilities:
Employee relations: Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts.
Team management: Support managers in managing, motivating, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
HR policy and procedures: Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring their compliance with labor standards.
Internal movement management: Track changes in employee status and manage promotions, transfers, and internal mobility
