We're seeking an AI Developer to join a team responsible for building Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across several use cases. This is a hands on development role focussed on delivering AI driven solutions in a cutting edge industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver GenAI powered solutions that address complex business challenges
- Take ownership of the full ML lifecycle, from model design through to production deployment
- Partner with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable AI driven outcomes
- Ensure datasets are clean, structured and ready for model training
- Evaluate and refine model performance, identifying opportunities to improve performance and accuracy
