Job Description
1. Must Have (Primary) Skills:
Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) or Genesys Engage
Genesys Architect Flows
Genesys Routing, IVR, and Call Flow Design
API Integration with Genesys Cloud
Knowledge of Genesys SDKs (Platform/Media SDK)
Scripting and Configuration in Genesys
2. Good to Have (Secondary) Skills:
AWS (for integration with Genesys Cloud)
JavaScript/Python for custom integrations
CICD tools (Jenkins/Git)
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics)
Experience with Chatbot/Voicebot integration
