Genetic Implementation Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Genetic Implementation Manager

In this role you'll be responsible for leading the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of PIC’s genetic program across the PIC Elite Farm system in Europe.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring alignment of program execution across multiple sites while building team capability through coaching, training, and performance management.

You will directly manage at least one team member and provide leadership to technical site leads and farm teams to ensure consistent execution of genetic improvement protocols and initiatives.

You’ll thrive in a culturally diverse, fast‑paced environment and work both autonomously and collaboratively across functional teams, including working closely with Supply Chain to coordinate and implement the genetic program effectively across the network.
