The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Geometry Lead to champion geometric design excellence across major road, rail, and civil infrastructure projects. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading horizontal and vertical geometry, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensuring the highest technical standards from concept design through detailed delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the geometric design of complex transport corridors and civil infrastructure
• Develop and review design deliverables including alignments, cross-sections, and 3D models
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to designers, CAD specialists, and junior engineers
• Collaborate closely with project managers and discipline leads to support integrated project outcomes
• Ensure all work meets applicable industry standards, project requirements, and quality expectations
