**Description du poste**:This role is a combination of strategic commercial management and operational contract management.Contract Management- Manage the development, negotiation, execution and operational management of all sales contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contract and commercial compliance issues including engagement with the relevant legal teams in the United States and France.
- Coordinate the resolution of contractual issues and disputes arising with the customers.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations through effective commercial management, including payments, claims, warranties, cash flow, and flow down of contract amendments and variations.
- Work closely with the program team to achieve the required performance in terms of schedule, deliverables, cost and quality.
