Job Description

We are looking for fluent German speakers to join the German Customer Care team of an innovative online payment platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via  phone calls, chat, and occasional emails
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely and effective resolution

  • Meet performance targets set by both the client and internal teams

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
