• Manage end-to-end German Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
• Provide professional and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in German.
• Maintain the mandatory C1 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
• Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions
